Up until I recently when I found a few Jose Carioca Sunday strips on e-bay, I had no idea that any strips based on the South American features existed. I love The Three Caballeros so I really couldn't resist. I have a few to share so stay tuned. Anybody have any idea who the artist was?
Something I found on flickr this morning, the passenger manifest for the S.S. Canada sailing from Marseilles, France on September 4, 1919 and arriving in New York City October ? 1919. On board, one Walter Elias Disney from Chicago, born December 5 1900, returning home from Red Cross duty and unknown to him towards a destiny beyond even his wildest dreams.
